My name is Gabriella and I am a recent college graduate. My whole life I have enjoyed baking and cooking, so I have decided to share that with people and start selling my products. I am a second generation Italian-American, and this has contributed to my style of cooking and baking.

Also, I have researched the topics of slow food, non-GMO products, organic food, natural food, etc. and will try to incorporate that into my products. I enjoy making my products from the basics, I will always make the doughs used for my products (expect for Puff Pastry of course, I am not a Greek grandmother). Some of my products might also include crops from the garden my parents and I grow in our backyard, in which we use natural fertilizers and no pesticides.
